The Venom Power Terra Hunter X/T is a hybrid mud/all-terrain tire design, featuring a moderate void ratio with large shoulder blocks. The Venom Power Terra Hunter X/T tread features staggered block elements with wide grooves at the shoulder which provide self-cleaning capability to greatly increase traction on loose surfaces like sand, mud and dirt and snow.
Sidewall lugs add additional traction for deep mud and dirt, helping to maintain forward motion and reducing the possibility of getting stuck.
The larger void ratio helps to minimize stone retention and drilling, protecting the tire casing and improving damage resistance when off-roading.
The Terra Hunter X/T utilizes a special compound which improves durability, provides cut and tear resistance and stays flexible in colder temperatures for year-round traction.
Additional siping on the block elements improve traction in the wet while providing additional biting edges for traction in snow.
Wide tread grooves help to minimize hydroplaning by removing water and slush from the tread contact for safer driving in rain and winter conditions.
The reinforced tire carcass maintains it’s shape, even under heavy loads, and provides evenly distributed contact pressure with the road for stable handling with good steering control and treadwear characteristics.
10 and 12 ply-rated LT and Flotation sizes are available.
