Here is the latest information we have on shipping delays due to COVID-19 concerns, etc.

We are experiencing longer than normal delivery times across the USA as shipping carriers are coping with a large increase in the volume of shipments going through their systems while also doing their best to ensure the safety of their package handlers and drivers.


Many of these delays are occurring at the sort facilities where packages are delivered before being scanned and loaded onto vehicles for transport.  We are seeing delays of up to several days from when the carrier has taken possession of the items until they are scanned and begin to move.  This time varies by region and ranges from 1-6 additional days, with shipments into and out of CA taking the longest.  This means a shipment going from coast to coast may take over 2 weeks currently.


For these reasons, we cannot offer any guarantee with regard to delivery time.   Before placing an order, please take this into consideration and plan for the likelihood that your item(s) will be delayed in transit.  Once we send a shipment to the carrier, we cannot cancel the order or prevent it from shipping.
