The directional UHP summer tread offers outstanding performance on wet roads, due to it's multiple water channels, and its long, sweeping lateral grooves which help to evacuate water and minimize hydroplaning.
The wide, solid center rib helps to reduce wheelspin under heavy acceleration.
The FP8000 tread features lateral grooves arranged in a phase-shifted pattern for noise reduction.
The use of a high-tension tire carcass increases overall tire rigidity and improves high speed stability.
