Manufactured by Sumitomo and distributed in the USA by Falken Tire Corp., the extremely affordable Ohstu FP7000 is the product of meticulous Japanese engineering and quality standards.
The symmetric, non-directional tread delivers excellent all-season traction with responsive handling and braking while allowing for free rotation to curb irregular wear.
Four circumferential grooves along with a high-volume center groove and multiple lateral grooves provide maximum water evacuation for increased hydroplaning resistance and enhanced wet weather performance.
The FP7000 utilizes a high-tension carcass construction comprised of dual steel belts and belt cap ply for increased structural strength, greater tread rigidity, sharp steering response, and improved high speed stability.
A variable shoulder tread block design helps to reduce tread noise for a smooth, quiet ride.
Tread wear indicators provide visual cues to the driver, making it easier to determine when rotation is needed.
W, V and H speed rated sizes available.
UTQG rating: 440 A-A or 480 A-A (size dependent).
Warranty coverage is provided under the Falken Tire Limited Warranty (see manufacturer's website for details).
The Ohtsu FP7000 is available in 14 through 18 inch rim sizes and 40 to 65 series aspect ratios.
