Features
The EXO Grappler AWT is built to meet the requirements for true all-weather, off-road truck performance and features a new chip-resistant all-season compound, durable 3-ply sidewall construction, and large sidewall lugs for traction in all off-road condtions.
The Exo Grappler?s distinctive tread features numerous sipes and large lateral grooves which provide biting edges as well as water and snow/slush evacuation.
The staggered shoulder blocks provide the biting edges necessary for off-road traction on loose surfaces while the sidewall lugs offer additional sidewall strength and puncture resistance.
Spiral-shaped stone ejectors are utilized to help reduce stone retention and drilling.
A specially formulated mix of natural rubber, high strength polymers, and wear resistant materials increases cut and chip resistance and allows for traction in freezing temperatures.
The Nitto EXO Grappler is rated with the Mountain Snowflake symbol to indicate that it meets the severe snow service requirements of the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) and it can even accept optional TSMI #15 studs for even greater winter traction.
The computer-analyzed, variable-pitch tread block arrangement reduces highway tread noise for a quieter ride.
Two distinctive sidewall designs (one on each side) let you choose the one that best suits your own personal taste.
The Nitto EXO Grappler is available in both LT metric and flotation sizes for 17 through 20 wheel diameters.
