Features
The Accelera PHI R performance tire offers excellent handling and stability and features a triple rib design with additional siping to improve steering response and reduce noise. The versatility of the tire compound makes the Accelera PHI R an ideal choice for drivers looking for a solid everyday tire which can also be used as a street-legal race tire for drift and track days. Additionally, the PHI-R is covered by AcceleraÆs mileage warranty and road hazard protection.
The Accelera Phi R UHP radial features a performance-tuned asymmetric tread which has been optimized for both wet and dry conditions and for maximum cornering grip and handling stability.
Multiple longitudinal grooves with dynamic medium lateral grooves help to disperse water for excellent wet handling.
A continuous intermediate rib provides stability and flexibility on dry roads.
Large, semi-continuous, variable-pitch shoulder blocks provide good cornering stability and noise reduction.
A silica-enhanced tread compound improves both wet traction and rolling resistance (resulting in reduced fuel consumption).
