Return Policy Discount Tire Zone will accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. The term "unused" with regard to tires refers to those which have not yet been mounted or driven on AND that have all manufacturer's labels still in place. If you are returning merchandise, please submit a CONTACT FORM to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will not accept product returns without an RMA. We will NOT under any circumstances accept returns of used products (tires which have been mounted). For all returns (unless the product is defective, or the order is incorrect due to an error on the part of Discount Tire Zone) the purchaser will pay all postage and shipping. In addition, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee in the amount of 10% of the original purchase price (effective 3/9/2008). PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN SHIPPING COSTS MAY BE HIGHER THAN THE INITIAL SHIPPING COST, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE ITEMS BEING RETURNED. FEDEX AND UPS CHARGE A SUBSTANTIAL FEE ON OVERSIZED ITEMS, WHICH ARE INCLUDED IN THE ITEM COST DURING THE INITIAL PURCHASE. WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM HOWEVER, THESE COST OF THESE FEES WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER. |
Refused Shipments Any shipment refused by the customer without the prior consent of Discount Tire Zone shall be subject to a restocking fee in the amount of 15% of the original purchase price of the refused items. Shipping charges will apply both to and from the shipping destination and will not be refunded. |
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit or does not match the exact order you placed, please CONTACT US immediately. Our customer service team will work with you resolve the issue in a timely fashion. In either of these cases, Discount Tire Zone will incur the cost of returning the damaged/incorrect product(s). |
PLEASE NOTE THAT AN ORDER WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED INCORRECT IF THE MERCHANDISE RECEIVED DOES NOT EXACTLY MATCH THE ITEM(S) LISTED ON THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS, SHIPPING CHARGES AND RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO CHECK THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND TO NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY OF ANY NECESSARY CORRECTIONS. |
