The Transforce series is Firestone's replacement for their workhorse Steeltex series. Like its predecessor the Steeltex A/T, the Firestone Transforce AT is designed to provide go-almost-anywhere capability for pickups, SUVs, and commercial vehicles. Its all-terrain tread features continuous shoulder ribs with deep shoulder slots that provide traction in all conditions both on an off road, including mud and snow. The Transforce AT is available in many popular load-rated,light truck sizes and its tough polyester and steel construction make it a good choice for working vehicles. A high modulus tread compound provides added durability for increased resistance to chipping and tearing as well as increased tread life. The Transforce AT also utilizes noise reduction technology that produces noise-canceling sound waves to provide a quiet, comfortable ride.
